HR MANAGER (HRM)

Klien kami, perusahaan tambang, minyak, gas bumi, energi angin, energi surya dan perusahaan swasta terkemuka yang tersebar di Indonesia, membutuhkan tenaga professional untuk ditempatkan di posisi :

HR Manager (HRM)
(Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:
i.Responsible in Labor matters (Industrial Relation), Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting etc.
ii.Involve in the significant contribution to the development of company policy related to all HR strategy
iii.Improve and maintain the Industrial relation condition (with internal and external parties)

Requirements:
i.Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Law or Human Resources Management from reputable university with GPA min 2.8
ii.Minimum have 3 years working experience in Human Resource area, preferably in Mining company as HR Manager.
iii.Knowledge Legal Law (UU no. 13 Labor law), a full range of Human Resources skill (Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment for Mining Industry is Highly Preferable)
iv.Preferable having operational experience in generalist personnel at least 3 years handling hundreds of employees
v.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
vi.Effective communication skills, Project management skills, Analysis and long-term planning skills, People management and leadership skills, Strong integrity
vii.Willing to travel on site area

Salary Level: 5

Salary Range: Rp. 9,112,500 - Rp. 13,668,750
